Money USD 1.5 M in Kemenakertrans Stored in Cardboard Used Durian

Jakarta - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) confiscate the money of Rp 1.5 billion from the hands of Manpower officials. The money allegedly in return for budget disbursement pembagunan Infrastructure transmigration area in Manokwari, West Papua, it is stored in old cardboard boxes of durian fruit.

"At the scene (Manpower-red building) we have the evidence in a cardboard former durian," KPK spokesman Johan Budi said his office, Jl Rasuna Said, Jakarta, Thursday (08/25/2011).

Johan said, in a cardboard box that contained the former duren written slip USD 1.5 billion. The money was taken from a bank during the day by an employee of Manpower and the initials S.

The money was then taken to the 2nd Floor of Manpower Building, where there already exists DNW (private), DI (Head of planning) and the INS a Sesditjen P2KT (Transmigration Area Development Guidance).

"No we count, but that of slipnya," he explained. "Then continuing information about DI and DNW. The money was taken from the account DNW."
